Flight Training
Learning to fly is about more than just earning a pilot certificate. It’s about building the knowledge, skills, and confidence to safely operate an aircraft and make good decisions in the real world. My goal is to make that process straightforward, enjoyable, and tailored to you.
I offer personalized flight training for students working toward their private pilot certificate and commercial pilot certificate. Whether you’re starting from your very first flight or working toward the next step in your aviation career, we’ll build a training plan around your goals, schedule, and experience level.
Unlike a large flight school, I’m able to offer a more personal approach without unnecessary delays or rigid schedules. We’ll train at your pace and focus on mastering each skill before moving on. I want you to understand not just what we’re doing, but why we’re doing it—so you leave each lesson with skills you can actually use.
Flight training is a significant investment, and I believe you should get the most out of every hour you spend in the airplane. By keeping training efficient, flexible, and focused on your individual needs, I strive to provide high-quality instruction without making the process more complicated or expensive than it needs to be.

Sport Pilot Training
A Sport Pilot certificate is a great way to get into aviation with less time and cost than traditional private pilot training. It allows you to enjoy the freedom of flying for recreation while keeping training focused and straightforward. Whether you’re looking for a new hobby or want to see if flying is right for you, sport pilot training is a great place to start.
To earn a Sport Pilot certificate, you must be at least 17 years old, be able to read, speak, write, and understand English, and complete the required flight and ground training. You’ll need a minimum of 20 hours of flight training, including solo flight, cross-country training, and other required maneuvers. You must also pass a FAA knowledge test and a practical test with a designated examiner.

Private Pilot Training
A Private Pilot Certificate is the most popular way to get started in aviation and gives you the freedom to fly for both recreation and personal travel. Whether you want to fly with family and friends, explore new places, or eventually pursue a career in aviation, the Private Pilot Certificate is a great foundation.
To earn your Private Pilot Certificate, you must be at least 17 years old, be able to read, speak, write, and understand English, and complete the required ground and flight training. You’ll need a minimum of 40 hours of flight time, including solo flight, cross-country training, and training in required maneuvers and procedures. You must also pass an FAA knowledge test and a practical test with an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner.

Commercial Pilot Training
A Commercial Pilot Certificate is the next step for pilots looking to turn their passion for flying into a career. It builds on the skills you developed as a private pilot and takes your flying to a higher level, with a greater emphasis on precision, decision-making, professionalism, and advanced flight skills.
To earn your Commercial Pilot Certificate, you must be at least 18 years old, hold at least a Private Pilot Certificate, and meet the FAA’s aeronautical experience requirements. You’ll complete additional ground and flight training, including advanced maneuvers, commercial operations, and cross-country experience. You must also pass an FAA knowledge test and a practical test with an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner.
